Force Majeure & Delays

The company is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. After this period, we cannot guarantee any changes or refunds, especially for perishable items such as fresh flowers.
